In 2009 our club members participated in helping the Brother Rice HS with there IHSA fishing club. John Rinchich spent week nights at there school teaching the young fisherman new techniques of fishing.Things like how to use a bait casting reel or what types of lures and fishing line to use in different types of water and weather conditions.Check John out at the school web sight. We also spent time at Tamper Slough with the young Fisherman teaching them how to cast one afternoon, and on another occasion we spent the day on the water at Tamper Slough with the TV news crew.
